OPEN STUDIO EXHIBITION – held here at Allanbank Mill Steading, at the beginning of August.
I share this exhibition with my wife Pauline Burbidge, who is a textile artist and we invite a guest artist to join us. In 2008 we have invited Tom Hawson – www.thomashawson.com
Each year we transform our studio spaces into exhibition areas and display artwork throughout the whole Steading, inside and out.
The dates for 2008 are 1st - 4th August – open from 11am – 6pm, over the 4 days.

Travel
Although we are situated in the middle of wonderful countryside – we are also fairly accessible, being one hours drive south of Edinburgh and one and a half hours drive north of Newcastle, and only eight miles inland from the fast London/Edinburgh train line.
